Agree with XiaoTony, definitely PRC...no regards for the law. I bet you she doesn't even have a license for motorbike!

All these PRC trash are really turning Singapore upside down with their 5,000 years old culture...i.e., NO CULTURE!

Brainless! They think motorized bicycle is like a motorbike.

Not 100% PRC. I saw Singaporean riding it on the road too. They ride in the middle of the road and hogged the traffic. All cars have to "Siam" them. Very irresponsible people!
