Where's the owner? Dog left on short leash outside shopping centre

STOMPer CaffeRosso saw a dog left leashed outside a shopping centre for at least half an hour. Other shoppers also wondered where the owner was, said the STOMPer.

Wrote CaffeRosso (Dec 9):

"Saw a pitiful doggy left alone outside shopping centre.

"This dog was spotted at around 5:55pm outside Coronation Shopping Plaza.

"It was leashed to a handrail for at least 30 minutes.

"Passers-by were concerned about the dog and kept wondering where the owner was..."
