A spokesperson for McDonald's has confirmed that peanuts have indeed been dropped from the curry sauce recipe, and that the condiment will remain a permanent part of the McDonald's menu.
In an earlier article, STOMPer Mira said she had found McDonald's new curry sauce more dilute, with a different taste as compared to the old one. Other STOMPers had also mentioned that they had preferred the older version of the product.
A spokesperson for McDonald's commented:
"We thank all our loyal customers for their support and would like to reassure them that their favourite curry sauce is here to stay.
"From time to time, we do make minor tweaks to our sauces in response to changing tastes or to improve the quality of the product.
"Our curry sauce now comes in an attractive new packaging and no longer contains peanuts – which is great news for some allergy sufferers.
"We invite customers to try the sauce for themselves and we welcome any feedback at ops@sg.mcd.com."

Curry Sauce in S'pore Mac is a free dispensation.They are not obligated. Go JB Mac, curry sauce does not exist at all !!
Fine keep on complain. They will come out with the same product as requested end up ask u to pay.
