Indian song with broken English lyrics becomes surprise Internet hit

STOMPer Sundar would like to share a video of a Tamil song called 'Why This Kolaveri Di' which garnered over 4 million video views online in just a week. Strangely, the word 'kolaveri' means 'murderous rage'.

Wrote the STOMPer:

"Can you please share this song on your website.

"I am quite interested to see music lovers' response in Singapore.

"This song was officially released on 19 Nov in India and has seen 4 million hits worldwide.

"42 FM channels across India are playing at least 20 times a day.

"Also, this is the first Tamil song to be aired multiple times on MTV per day.

"I am quite curious to understand if this song can attract Non-Indian music fans as well."
