After controversial half-nude man ad, A&F to hire local shirtless greeters

STOMPer Terence chanced upon a recruitment advertisement on the Abercrombie & Fitch facebook page for 'shirtless greeters'. The same store was previously on fire for a huge topless model advertisement which STOMPers deemed as 'obscene'.

The huge advertisement of a topless male model along Orchard Road made some blush and also saw playful shoppers posing for a picture. The advertisement even got STOMP's Star Bloggers' tongues wagging.

Wrote Terence (Nov 21):

"I chanced upon the Abercrombie & Fitch Facebook page and saw it advertising for 'shirtless greeters'.

"I understand that 'shirtless greeters' are the spotlight of A&F but I am wondering if there will be any complaint from some locals here?

"I don't think people will be comfortable seeing topless guys in a store."
