STOMPer Anti-Summon was surprised to see a man who was dressed in civilian clothes and riding a bicycle around a carpark try to issue a summons to a driver. Are the parking enforcement officers 'disguised' in plainclothes these days?
The STOMPer wrote:
"One might be issued with a parking ticket if you are only looking out for the usual uniformed parking enforcement ladies to avoid parking tickets!!
"I spotted this uncle in civilian clothes riding a bicycle and confirmed that he is a part time compounding officer.
"Upon walking towards my car, I was curious what this uncle was doing stopping his bicycle in front of my car.
"I sounded my car alarm to shoo him away.
"He stopped what he was doing and looked out for the car owner.
"He was trying to issue a summons to my car!!
"Luckily, I stopped him in time with my car alarm."

Actor Huang Yiliang should be commended for having the civility to approach the woman for anti-social conduct. If he is convicted we would end up like the case in China whereby nobody is willing to help a child in an accident.
I sincerely hope that our judge is capable of judging based on the situation rather than on the book only.
