STOMPer HL was shocked to see this news report on a Chinese online news site that shows a man openly molesting a drunk woman on a street in Shanghai while passers-by did nothing.
This story follows a similar incident where 18 indifferent passers-by walked by a little girl who had been run over by two vehicles in a market street in China. The girl passed away from the injuries later.
The STOMPer wrote:
"Looks like China has once again showed the world their "bochup" attitude towards extreme situations again.
"A man was seen molested a drunk woman in public in Shanghai and no one tried to stop him.
"There were at least 10 people who noticed the plight of the woman and yet they didn't stop the man! 
"Instead, they just treated it as a normal occurrence and just walked away!
"What if the woman was raped after this?!
"She could have been killed!
"This is exactly like the toddler who was hit by a truck, not once, BUT TWICE!
"The toddler died because of that ordeal.
"If the people who had seen her had helped her, she would have survived!
"Same goes to the drunk woman!
"This is ridiculous!"
It is unclear from the news report as to the identity of the person who filmed the incident.
