Embarrassing error on public MRT notice: Where's the QC?
Where's the quality control? This badly-phrased 'No not board' notice was displayed publicly at Paya Lebar station, catching the attention of several STOMPers.
STOMPer Jawa says:
"Why does the sign read 'No not board?
"Isn't it supposed to be 'DO not board'?
"I saw this at Paya Lebar station at 7.15pm.
"The person must double check their spelling next time."
STOMPer Raymond adds:
"'Nice' English on an MRT notice."
STOMPer eleven commented:
"How can such horrible English be displayed publicly at an MRT station?
"No quality control.
"Projects a vey poor image of Singapore."
