Tragedy has struck again, at the same block in Woodlands where the body of an Indonesian maid was found in a water tank five months ago. A Vietnamese woman died after she apparently fell from a sixth-storey unit.
On May 16, A 30-year-old Indonesian maid was allegedly murdered by her 27-year-old Bangladeshi boyfriend. Her body was dumped in a water tank on the rooftop of Block 686B Woodlands Drive 73.
Residents of the block heaved a sigh of relief when the affected tank was removed. Now, however, it seems they've been hit by another tragedy.
According to a report in today's New Paper, 26-year-old Truong Thi Ngoh Anh was found naked at the foot of Block 686B Woodlands Drive 73 by a resident. Her underwear and other belongings were scattered nearby.
Miss Truong had reportedly met a man at a Joo Chiat nightclub on Monday night, and returned to a flat at the Woodlands block with him.
Says STOMPer Matilda:
"Residents of Block 686B Woodlands Drive 73 must be wondering why one tragedy after another has been happening at their block.
"If I stayed there, I would probably want to move out.
"I wonder if anyone would want to by my unit though!"
