'Monks' loiter along S'pore River and ask tourists for money

STOMPer Kong Woon says these people dressed like monks often loiter around the Singapore River and ask Caucasians and young girls for money.

The STOMPer says:

"I don't know where these monks came from.

"I see them almost every day, asking tourists for money.

"They always target Caucasians or innocent looking young girls."
