Crowded station forces commuter to wait for 4 trains
A heavy rush-hour crowd at Tiong Bahru station meant STOMPer unhappy SMRT passenger only boarded a train at the 4th attempt.
The STOMPer wrote:
"At 8:40am this morning (Oct 11), there were long queues forming outside every train doors at Tiong Bahru station.
"I had to wait for 4 trains to get into one - is this what they call a world class transport system?"

We had a chance for a change but obviously we did not cherish that chance in the GE2011. If the oppositions have won, reduce the current 5 millions population, we will not have this problem =) Think wider.

Yes, it is world class sub-standard. Nowhere in the world, u can find public transport like us. Steady Singapore.

You know why ? Because you commuters don't know how to allow passengers in train to alight first causing a 2 way fight ending with the train being late and needing to depart.
