Real or not? 'Lucky' parrots will give 4D numbers for small fee

STOMPer rachel spotted this makeshift stall set up near Yishun central, which features a pair of parrots that have been touted as 'lucky' by newspapers. For a small fee, the parrots will draw numbers for 4D and Toto.

The STOMPer wrote:

"Lucky parrots spotted at Yishun.

"2 makeshift stalls can be seen near Yishun central.

"One is next to a coffeeshop while another is behind the coffeeshop

"The parrots have attracted the attention of many passersby.

"There are also newspaper clippings about how 'lucky' the parrots are.

"Apparently, by paying a small sum, you'll be given some lucky numbers for toto/4D.

"On a side note, if the parrots are really lucky, then why does the stall-owner still take the risk of setting up this illegal makeshift stall?"

Why are some gamblers so naive. If that pair of parrots could really bring luck, the owner would have kept them at home and keep buying Toto or 4D thru them. Why the need to struggle for a living by setting up illegal stall?
