Scary find: Is this blood dripping on lift door at Woodlands block?

STOMPer Kwang saw this mysterious red stain dripping from the top of the lift door at Block 154 in Woodlands.

Said the STOMPer:

"When I was taking the lift, I looked up and saw this red thingy.

"It looked like blood and not possible that it was oil.

"It was dripping from the top of the door.

"I wonder what it was -- a dead rat?"
