Going back to nature: Art that makes animals out of humans

If you believe in evolution, then within every human is an animal. Photographer Lennette Newell brings the animal out of the man with this series of photographs where models are painted to look like the animal they pose with.

STOMPer Zanimals shares this online discovery:

"See models in posing with paint as zebras, baboons, cheetahs and elephants next to their real-life correspondent in renowned photographer Lennette Newell's series of daring photographs.

"Inspiration for the display, named 'Anti-Human', was supposedly out from her childhood desire, which was to become one of the animals her father used to treat as a vet."

Colbert has also filmed very stunning fauna-human music videos played to the music composed by Australian singer-musician Lisa Gerrard -- who believes passionately that animals are the brothers & sisters of humans. She received a Golden Globe Award for scoring the 'Gladiator' soundtrack.
