STOMPer sura was travelling on the Central Expressway when he saw a 'wrecked' car being driven on the road. The STOMPer wonders if a vehicle in such a state can be driven on the roads.
The STOMPer said over the phone (Aug 16):
"I was driving on my motorbike on the expressway when I saw this around 6pm today.
"My son took the photo and you can see that our speed was about 75km/h.
"This means the car in front was going at around 70km/h too.
"The driver was a man, who looked middle-aged, his passenger was also a man who looked about the same age.
"The lights did not seem to be working, and the car looked so badly damaged.
"Can such a car be driven on the road?
"I feel it is very dangerous especially since the lights are not working and it is in such a bad state."
