The kitty paws, the pout and the peace sign: Asian girls and their famous 'act cute' poses

Asian girls seem to put bodily gestures to great use when they pose for photos, to achieve that cute look they are well-known for. These cute poses often employ the use of gestures like the pouting lips, the 'claw' or 'kitty paws', and perhaps the most commonly used -- the peace sign.

STOMPer Kitty Kat, who sent in these pictures, said:

"Unlike Caucasian models who go for the more sultry and seductive poses, Asian girls seem to carry off the 'act cute' look very well.

"Perhaps it has to do with how the world perceives Asian girls to be -- that they are demure and shy, and that they do not outwardly show off their sex appeal.

"I wonder if the models spend hours practising in front of the mirror to come up with that perfect cute look. Or if there is even a Cute-Asian-Girl guidebook.

"Just look at these girls. They are definitely attractive, but they look like mirror images of each other."
