What did this driver do? Someone stuffs his car with toilet paper

STOMPer Ken apparently witnessed a man stuffing toilet paper under the windscreen wipers of this blue car that was parked in a multi-storey carpark in Ang Mo Kio.

The STOMPer recounted:

"I saw a skinny tall guy stuffing toilet paper on this car at Ang Mo Kio multi-storey carpark.

"I have this feeling that he was trying to set fire to it.

"I watched him closely in my parked car from a distance.

"The guy drove off in his Malaysian registered car after noticing that I was looking at him."

Maybe this car owner owes that bolehland driver alot of toilet papers so bolehland return him in this form.

The culprit just want to make sure , that should the owner of this car have a sudden attack of diarrhoea ! He will have plenty of toilet paper at his disposal !
