STOMPer Tristan was amused to see this man wearing a skirt walking around at Junction 8.

Said the STOMPer:

"Everyone was staring at him.

"Some schoolgirls started laughing when they saw him, but he ignored them.

"The guy even reached underneath his skirt and scratched himself as he was going down the escalator."
