Hundreds of fish spotted in drain near Yishun Pond: Where are they from?
STOMPer Ben was stunned when he saw this drain near Yishun Pond that was teeming with hundreds of fish. He wonders where all the fish came from.
Said the STOMPer:
"When I was walking past a reservoir in Yishun, I saw hundreds of fish in the 'longkang', or drain.
"I immediately called PUB and reported it to them. I wonder where all the fish came from."

That section of the pond is closed off by a net so as to not let the fish swim into the pond. The fish are from Khoo Teck phuat Hospital in a big to GO GREEN they have very little aircond n they used the ponda water for the fishes and the small ponds they have inside the hospital at lvl b1!!. Simple answer...however they r KOI so i bet they fetch a hefty sum :D $$$$
