Kids with spray paint create 'masterpieces' on Seng Kang sculptures
STOMPer Patrick claims to have witnessed these young boys armed with a can of purple spray paint, painting graffiti on the sculptures in Seng Kang's sculpture park.
The STOMPer recounted:
"Holding a can of purple spray paint, these 3 boys were having a great time creating their "masterpieces" on a sculpture at Seng Kang sculpture park on a bright Sunday afternoon.
"They even dared to stare and shout at me after their pictures were taken.
"Where is their upbringing?"

Anyway, STOMPer, what is your upbringing then? Why didn't you stop them? Why did you choose to just take a picture and come online to rant online about others' upbringing when yours isn't any better?

i dont think its wrong. Children nowadays have no where to play acutally. ALL the big fields are taken for housing or private land. Playgrounds are for little children.
Big fields should be alloted for people to play soccer and families to relax.
