Broken crane arm falls and smashes BMW's roof at Ubi

A crane arm broke off and smashed the roof of a BMW parked near 39 Ubi Road. STOMPer Richard was at work when he heard the loud crash.

Said the STOMPer:

"A crane came crushing down hitting the car parked at the next building.

"I don't know how it happened. I heard a loud bang and saw that the crane is already in two pieces.

"Fortunately, no one's injured but it damaged the car parked nearby.

"There was someone operating the crane and I think he was doing some roofing work for the building.

"This was at 39 Ubi Road 1 and it happened around 2pm."

congrats to the owner...he'll be getting a new roof ++ for his car courtesy from the contractor...or perhaps its the contractor's car??!!
