Guy wearing camouflage-pattern skirt: Excuse me, it's a kilt and not a skirt

The man in an 'army skirt' spotted by STOMPer Norman462 is no softie, and he did not make his 'skirt' from an old army uniform. He has in fact appeared in a series of videos on RazorTV last September.

STOMPer Norman462 was stunned by the sight of this man dressed in a skirt, apparently made from an old Army No. 4 uniform.

In the RazorTV videos, 44-year-old Cheng Chee Hoew shared that he owns about seven kilts, and he wears them by choice because they are more comfortable, more unique and are better for the male anatomy.

He also gamely walked down the crowded streets in Clarke Quay, putting up with curious stares while the RazorTV team asked onlookers if they like his 'skirt'.
