Luckily Singaporean women are not so demanding about wanting macho boyfriends, says STOMPer Phew, who was shocked to hear that these kung-fu sisters from China had set up a martial arts contest to find tough and worthy suitors.

The STOMPer is relieved that men in Singapore can woo women without having to go through a life-threatening obstacle course.

Local women generally prefer sensitive and soft-hearted men rather than tough and macho ones, says Phew.

He adds:

"These kung-fu sisters from Foushan, China demand that potential boyfriends be as tough as nails.

"Since they’ve had no luck finding worthwhile partners, they’ve decided to schedule a three-day martial arts tournament in the hopes of finding suitable matches.

"The sisters are apparently sick and tired of meeting weak men.

"The contest will feature a bevy of difficult challenges.

"Suitors must prove themselves in archery, and by carrying heavy weights over sharp bamboo spears.

"Once they’ve managed both tasks, they must then go head-to-head in full-contact combat against whichever sister they desire to wed.

"I am glad Singaporean women are not so demanding about wanting brawny and physically tough men.

"They prefer their men to provide them with unconditional love rather than fight and show off."
