Five people were conveyed to hospital after they suffered injuries in an accident involving three cars and a bus at Woodlands Avenue 1.
STOMPer Mel Ken Loh took photos of the accident and sent them to STOMP.
The same accident was reported by STOMPer Ng, who warned drivers to be careful when driving in the accident-prone area.
STOMPer Mel Ken Loh said:
"To me, this is the worst accident in the history of Woodlands Ave 1.
"It involved a Malaysian school bus and 3 cars (one of the cars overturned).
"The accident was so serious that it caused a traffic jam.
"The SCDF fire engine had to go to the other direction.
"This is the 3rd accident in 2 years if I’m not wrong.
"One of the cars was so badly damaged that there was smoke coming out from the engine, but no fire.
"After an hour, the cars were towed away and the shattered glass was cleared up.
"Police said, in a reply to a STOMP query:
"Police received a call at 7.20am today (Oct 18) informing us of an accident involving three cars and a bus at the junction of Woodlands Avenue 1 and Avenue 2.
"A total of 5 persons suffered injuries and were conveyed to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH).
"Police are investigating."
But how many STUPID drivers understand this logic?
