Why is this allowed in public? Poster in Raffles Place which shows all of breasts

With October's month-long Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign just a day away, posters of painted breasts have been appearing around Singapore. STOMPer FlyFier123 spotted this advertisement near Raffles Place.

Painted by artist Andy Yang on a live model, this series of three advertisements for the Breast Cancer Foundation has surely caught the attention -- and even drew blushes from some.

The STOMPer came across one of these advertisements at Raffles Place, and says:

"October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month -- starting with the Pink Ribbon run on Oct 2, Saturday.

"The caption on the poster reads: 'Are you concerned about the right things?'

"YES! They are breasts.

"NO they are not covered except for some paint.

"Cancer doesn't care about modesty nor the recommendations on censorship in Singapore.

"As the caption says... Are we concerned about the right things?"
