Motorcycle with 'self-made' blinker spotted on expressway

STOMPer Jeffrey was near the Upper Serangoon exit on the PIE when he spotted this motorcyclist with what looks like a self-made blinker on the back of his bike.
The STOMPer writes in an email (Sep 9):
"I saw this bike with a self-made blinker on the PIE, near the Upper Serangoon exit.
"Did he stick two blinkers together and put them on the back of his bike?
"Previously, I also encountered a rider with similar blinkers on his bike.
"That motorcyclist was speeding with the blinkers turned on.
"For this fellow, it was during the peak hour, so traffic was slow-moving. However, it brought to mind the other incident.
"I feel it is kind of unethical, as people may think it is a police vehicle."

I dont look at blinkers to identify whether he's from the authorities or not. I just simply look at the license plates. If it says TP, then it's police lor; if it says LTA then he probably targets weekend cars; and if it's just the normal F plates, then he's just a normal biker trying to be fancy lor!

take with thier license plates next time and sent them to TP...maybe just some TP wannabes...trying to be one?

Send this photo to LTA & TP and ask them on it, many vehicles have BLUE, RED, GREEN parking and fog lights switched on in front and some are even flashing on at night too (not police or emergency vehicles). Some buses are worst they have multi colour lights above the windscreen.
