Flood at North Bridge Rd turns staircase into 'waterfall'

STOMPer Jin Jialat reports water collecting at North Bridge Road this morning. The heavy rain has turned the staircase at his house into a "waterfall".

In the STOMPer's email report:

"Super heavy downpour at North Bridge Road. I have been living here for over 20 yrs but this is the first time I see such flooding along my housing staircase."

The downpour also caused flooding on Shenton Way.
