Fallen tree blocks road leading to restaurants on Dempsey Hill

The road leading up to the various entertainment and eating spots on Dempsey Hill has been blocked, after falling prey to a fallen tree due to the bad weather.

STOMPer Goh recounted the incident:

"There was a heavy downpour this morning around at 8am.

"I couldn't get to Botanic Gardens for my morning walk, so I drove to Dempsey Hill for a cuppa.

"Unfortunately, the road was block by a fallen tree.

"Thank god, the restaurants beside the tree were not affected.

"Please get someone to remove the fallen tree soon or we can't get to the Dempsey Hill 'paradise'."

who wants to go to that place, its so ulu. You muz have own transport and raining. Also, the place very expensive and in heavy rain, and worse till tree fell. If the business there suffers, its just their luck. If they dont re-invent the place then its to theri detriment. So much improvement to be done.
