Staff at Changi T1 Business Centre goes out of his way to help me

STOMPer Wilson was deeply impressed by a staff member of the Business Centre at Changi Airport Terminal 1, who went out of his way to help the STOMPer, and also served with courtesy and humility.

Said the STOMPer:

" I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Mr Amir Ahmad from the Business Centre located at Terminal 1.

"I was desperately trying to get my document faxed yesterday night so I called the Business Centre located at T1.

"A male staff by the name of 'Amir Ahmad' (or something along those lines) picked up and I told him my situation. Initially, he told me that I had to be there personally and have my travel documents so that I could enter.

"Upon learning my flight was on the next day and seeing the urgency of the situation, he offered to help me fax the document via his email.

"He called me after he had faxed the document and politely declined my offers to pay for the fees incurred.

"Amidst all the bad service standards we hear about these days, people like Mr Ahmad who are pleasant and helpful are so hard to come by.

"A big thank you to Mr Amir Ahmad, I really appreciate your help!"

Excellent service. But from Business Centre. Shouldn't they go extra mile to fit the criteria?
