STOMPer Han says it is unacceptable that flooding occurs at Rowell Rd after a downpour of only 15 mins.

In an email to STOMP today (Mar 15), the STOMPer says:

“This flooding situation has been happening for a long time at Rowell Road.

“Other places require half a day of heavy rain for a flood to occur, but not this place.

“Just 15 minutes of heavy rain will contribute to an hour of inconvenience for the residents.

“The authorities should do something about this problem.”

walau..abit flood only you complain this complain that. even though im a singaporean, i also not like you complain until like that la.. dont whine la. other countries flood until home cannot live, here flood less than 1 foot only you like that.

Actually Stomper Han is right in posting this. If 15 mins of rain caused this much of water flooding the roads then there's a problem with the drainage system there and the town council should look into it. THIS IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN THOSE MRT "Priority seat" POST.
Although this "flood" won't drown you, But it causes problems to people using the roads, and the drainage system there should be improved. Imagine this kind of problem happening in orchard road... would you guys be upset by then?
In the first place.. We should have a nice environment to live in.. Thats what the taxes are for.

Plse lah poor dtomper Han does not understand the world around him and lives in a sphere of existence where all tings can be controlled. Pity him!!. If Singapore was devastated by an earthquake his response would be the same.
