Said the STOMPer:

"I took this picture on 21st Feb 2010 at around 8pm outside one of the fast food restaurants in Universal Studios.

"When I first saw the picture I was a bit stunned and didn't dare to let my friends know until the next day.

"I wonder if I actually captured something or it is my camera that is faulty?

"When I looked up there was nothing there.

"There was nothing on the roof top that would cause the reflection of the figure.

"The figure seems to be carrying something."
