STOMPer Lee was at VivoCity today (February 27) when she saw this man being subdued by security and shop staff for allegedly taking pictures of girls on the stairway.
From what she gathered, a girl and her boyfriend had approached the staff at Pet Safari to complain that a man was taking pictures of her from the bottom of the staircase.
The concerned staff immediately alerted security and the man was held down after some struggle.
Lee is surprised that the man seemed to be very calm and did not shout or scream when he was caught.
She says:
'A Chinese middle-aged man was caught by security, allegedly for taking pictures of ladies in short skirts.
"I heard that a girl and her boyfriend noticed the man taking pictures of her on the staircase when they were going up.
"The boyfriend asked Pet Safari staff for help and security personnel were roped in for assistance.
"I think maybe his shirt came off in the struggle so he was half naked when he was caught.
"Even so, he seemed very calm and did not shout.
"The VivoCity security guard probably alerted the police after that."
