This Urban Jungle
You have to search high and very low for this fire hydrant

STOMPer Simon was amused to see this fire hydrant that was 'buried' almost completely in the ground at Lincoln Road.

"This fire hydrant has been buried in the ground for at least 3 weeks.

"I saw it as I was driving past the spot three weeks ago, and I saw it again two days ago."

Ninja turtles live in there... what you saw was a "key" to open the door. What did you do after that besides posting it? Did you pull it out?

Fine the LTA contractor... they should know the standard when do road surfacing.
Indian workers will just work blindly, the supervisor should monitor closely...
get the contractor down and dig the hydrant out
