Kudos to cabby who U-turned to pick me up in the heavy rain

STOMPer Jasmine was impressed with the services of a Silver Cab driver, who U-turned to pick her up so that she wouldn't get drenched in the heavy rain.
This STOMPer says:
"I took a Silver Cab on 19th Nov at Ang Mo Kio Ave 4 at 3pm.
"I am impressed with the driver's good service as it was raining heavily and I did not notice the Silver Cab which was opposite.
"But this driver, who was driving on the opposite road, made a U-turn to pick us up.
"If not for the kind driver we would have been drenched.
"His name is Phoon Wan Loong.
"His cab number is SHD1346E.
"This act shows his dedication towards his job."

I also know of a good cabbie! he only gave his name as Ricky and he's also from Silver cabs! I think his license plate number is 8357C

Can TP look into this case seriously? U-turn is illegal or? Raining day some more, what if incoming vehicles cannot see this taxi? Then this stomper will stomp "Taxi caused accident due to illegal U-turn to pick up passengers". u see .. ....
