Drunk uncle yells vulgarities at Jurong East Flyover with his pants down

This obviously drunk man was stumbling along the Jurong East Flyover with his pants down. He was also shouting obscenities loudly, according to a STOMPer. Here's what the STOMPer observed: "This picture was taken at the Jurong East Flyover between Bukit Batok Avenue 1 and Jurong East Central. "The man, whose pants were dropping, was staggering on the road and he was also shouting vulgarities at the top of his voice. "Earlier I had seen him at the neighbourhood coffee shop where he had been drinking beer with some buddies. "He looked slightly inebriated when he was drinking. "Probably he had one drink too many and when his buddies left him, he made his way home alone. "The man, in his 50s, wore a blue shirt and brown pants and he was holding a bottle of mineral water as he staggered along. "A cyclist came by and almost knocked into him as he was oblivious to the ringing of the cyclist's bell."
