How to get abs without working out and other strange plastic surgery procedures

The plastic surgery trend has been on the rise in recent years, some of which are increasingly quirky.
According to an online report, there are procedures that involve ball bearings under the skin, while others involve splitting the tongue to create a snake-like fork.
Not only are some of these surgeries extremely painful and irreversible, they also risk infection and other dangers.
Doctors have strongly questioned the medical validity and safety of such procedures, but thousands of people still go under the knife each year for plastic surgery.

The nipple color in both pictures is different. The armpit turf shapes differently from the other. Are you sure it's the same man?
