Love instant noodles? You'll change your mind after this video
This article was contributed by the STOMP Team.
How long does your body take to process instant noodles? Longer than you might think, as this video shows you.
Shot using a ground-breaking pill-sized camera, the video shows just how long the body takes to process a meal of instant noodles, which is known to contain lots of preservatives.
The video has since gone viral on the internet.
Disturbingly, two hours after consumption, instant noodles appeared more or less whole within the test subject's digestive system prompting questions about the body's ability to make use of the nutrients in it.

Food with MSG and all those instant food are not good. It's filled with some male hormones. Overload of them can make hairfall problems, slower down metabolism and short lifespan. Do some research. Female hormones are the ones that give youth and baby-faced. Male hormones are the ones that give fats (for bodybuilder to make muscles out of it), masculine features and big face. Westerners generally have big-sized head and obese population because of fast food culture.

simple....boil noodle without the packet of seasoning. Pour off the water and eat dry noodle with tomatoe ketchup or xo oyster sauce. u cn also add a drop or two of sesame oil if u want to. delicious for any meal...bf, lunch, dinner or supper etc.

actually, I have no choice but to eat instant noodles. I'm 15 and I often have to study until 3-4 am and then wake up at 6am. my parents work too and it's kinda most cost effective and time efficient to eat Maggie mee. so I eat about 1-2 packets of Maggie mee on a daily basis. not my choice.. I love home cooked food too, but some students like me don't have such privileges.
