Smart phone war: See how Samsung ad mocks Apple's iPhone 5

This article was contributed by the STOMP Team.

Samsung has struck the latest blow against Apple in the war of smart phone manufacturers, with a point by point comparison between the iPhone 5 and their latest offering, the Galaxy S3.

Their ad's tag line 'It doesn't take a genius' mocks Apple's customer service 'Geniuses', who provide help at Apple's retail stores.

The ad comes shortly after a US court ordered Samsung to pay Apple US$1.05 billion (S$1.3 billion) for "wilfully" infringing six Apple patents for smartphones or tablet PCs.

that is so biased... if want to compare the icloud apps and stuff, might as well compare with "gallery", "music", "play store" in samsung! those are also apps which the user defintely will use what.

I personally feel that Samsung and probably most android phones allow you to set up and manage your things properly. it's more user friendly cos I'm a tech idiot using S3. an android phone definitely makes you feel like that phone is YOUR phone and not just another iPhone?

To me iphone 5 looks really nice. But no ext SD card, no micro USB, can't save and manage files, need itune to syn and best thing can't even change battery. With iphone you are stuck with apple want you to do as they control everything. Their target customers are majority people who want a phone to look nice and cool, easy to use and works. Whereas Android phone allowed user to control everything about it making it unique to what u want to use it for.
