Baby on the way? Why Kate avoided wine during S'pore visit

Speculation is rife that Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, is pregnant with a royal heir after she toasted Queen Elizabeth twice with water during Tuesday's state dinner here, as well during an event on Thursday (Sep 13).

Netizens also drew attention to the rounded midsection of the usually slender Duchess, calling it the beginnings of a 'baby bump'.

The change to her figure was particularly evident as she visited Kranji War Memorial with Prince William clad in a form-fitting grey dress.

Kate had been president of her university’s girls drinking society and was once a frequent sight at London's nightclubs, making her decision to give up alcohol highly telling.
