Prince William and his wife Kate, the Duke and the Duchess of Cambridge, have endeared themselves to Singaporeans with their humble behaviour and friendly nature.
In a visit to the Queenstown estate, the royal couple mingled with heartlanders and even tried out some local activities. The Prince received a rapturous applause when he tried his hand at Chapteh.
The Royal couple also visited Gardens By The Bay, and lent their hand by planting a tree there.
They visited Singapore's Botanic Gardens, where an orchid was named after them -- an honour reserved for world-famous people and VIP visitors to Singapore.
A red carpet was prepared at the Raffles Hotel on the day of their arrival and of course there were crowds of people who had come specially to catch a glimpse of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
They ended their visit to Singapore with a trip to Kranji War Memorial.
They will head to Malaysia after this and Catherine will give her first speech abroad.

U again!!! Last time, u irritated so many others with your arrogant and rude comments about NDP. So many ppl f***ed u and u are still in existence. Halo k*tek, don't compare the TOPIC to the office, mom-in-law etc. And do grow up for goodness sake. Stop this NO? or YES? crap thing of yours. U like ppl to agree with u and if they don't, you get very upset like a small brat or rather like a sissy. Fag!!!
In our daily life, all of us are involved in wayang. In office, you try to act and talk smarter than yr peer in front of yr boss even though yr peer know you are empty vessel. You hate visiting yr mom-in-law, but in front of her, you act as though you are so happy to see her. You dont appreciate going to string musical concert, but you will go as you want to act culture and refined.
So all of us all wayang in our daily life. Why? Because we want to impress. No?
