STOMPer ST noticed a hidden deduction from his NETS when he left Tanjong Pagar Plaza carpark.
ST said:
"I was at Tanjong Pagar Plaza carpark.
"Before exiting the carpark, I checked my cashcard balance.
"After exiting, the balance did not tally with the carpark amount.
"I called Wilson Parking, they checked and said under their records, it was only deducted once and asked me to call up NETS.
"I called up NETS, they advice me to print my transaction receipt then email them.
"I took a screenshot of the transactions, it shows only 1 deduction.
"But there was a hidden deduction which was not reflected in the transaction history!!!
"When worked backwards, after my last top up of $30, I should have $8.88 in my balance.
"But there was only $5.54 and it is not possible that my cashcard was negative value before the last top up.
"Where did the money go?
"People are paying double parking charges when parking is already so expensive.
"Nothing has been done.
"I've googled this problem to find out that I'm not the only victim."
