Dangerous for motorised wheelchair to be on the road
STOMPer Francis saw a motorised wheelchair being used on the road and wonders if this practice is allowed.
Francis said:
"Wheelchair bound people are encouraged to move outdoors for social activities.
"This is one way to fight depression from home confinement.
"Motorized wheelchairs have become popular in Singapore.
"However, I frequently come across wheelchair users speeding their way on the motorway like this one I have captured in action.
"What is the ROV or LTA's opinion of this practice?"

Motorized wheelchairs and scooters are not allowed on the roads except when they're crossing the traffic junction or crossings.
