Video is faked... poorly. The bird seems to be listening to a different song, which can be heard at the start, then the Gangnam song starts, which is added onto the video - the initial song sounded like amateur recording same as the video, but the Gangnam song was MTV quality which was added later onto the video. While the video was clipped and patched and repeated, the Gangnam song was non-stop throughout.

I just bought two lovebirds and two budgies. No sure whether they can be trained to talk.
