'Triangle-face' girl: These pics suggest her face isn't all photoshop

When pictures of this girl first appeared online, netizens were unsure if her unusual face shape was the result of plastic surgery or photoshop. These new pictures suggest she has indeed undergone some form of surgery.
The girl, who goes by monikers such as 'Koko' and 'Tina Leopard', became an internet sensation due to her highly unusual face shape and sharply-pointed chin.
Viewed from different angles however, it appears her looks might not be all digital wizardry.
Pictures 1 to 41 shows Tina Leopard, while the rest of the gallery shows pictures of girls who look like dolls.
