Body of man found floating near Changi Ferry Terminal

The body of a man was retrieved from the waters near Changi Ferry Terminal today (Sep 07) by the Police. STOMPer Saravanan was passing by Changi at 12.40pm and noticed the death tent.

A Police spokesperson said:

"The Police received a call at about 9am today, informing us of a body that was floating near Changi Ferry Terminal.

"The Police then brought the body of the man to shore.

"Investigations about this incident are ongoing."

Said STOMPer Saravanan:

"I spotted this while driving past Changi at about 12.40pm today.

"I don't really know what happened.

"I saw some Police officers there, and a body was covered.

"There were not much people around as this was a more quiet area of the beach."

Maybe murdered by Ah Long or robber. A colleague of mine saw a robbery took place at 4pm at Shenton way last wk. Singapore not safe anymore. I made a point 2b home by midnight latest.

It's a tears jerking news yet it been speculated to be Singaporean. We should brace ourself to be strong and have faith in us. It might not be rosy at times but we can still see e sun n moon. Once given up can NEVER redeem back. RIP.
