Drunk guy sprawled on the ground at Joo Chiat Rd bus stop
STOMPer Joey saw this man, who was apparently drunk, lying on the ground at a bus stop along Joo Chiat Road.
Said the STOMPer:
"Man found drunk along Joo Chiat Road.
"Conveniently ignored by passers-by and comfortably knocked out under the shelter of a bus stop.
"Some time later, the police arrived and reluctantly tried waking up the man to no avail."

It time the authority look into drunkard / restriction on alcohol rather then somking only...... Rioting, create nuisance and etc...you name it . Stupid, lame excuse when being charged....under alcohol influence...Banned it !!!!!!!!
