Strangely phrased 'Crime Alert' sign amuses STOMPer

STOMPer Nello was amused by this 'Crime Alert' sign that was phrased in an odd way.

Wrote the STOMPer:

"Even the police fall into the 'bad English' trap! :)

"In this sign, a person that WAS arrested IN the neighbourhood appeared to have arrested the whole neighbourhood.

"Because of those 2 little words, seems like he himself arrested the whole neighbourhood for shop theft!"
