So scary! Gory 'chopped-off head' put on display by HDB walkway

STOMPer Alice got the fright of her life when she caught sight of what looked like a human head by this walkway in Yishun.

The STOMPer wrote

"A creepy wig and head of a mannequin were found along this pavement in Yishun, between Blocks 251 and 252.

"It is now the seventh month period and children might get scared by this.

"Why are Singaporeans so inconsiderate these days?

"The owner of the item even drew 'blood' on it.

"Are they doing this on purpose? Gosh, they didn't think about people who believe in ghost and who might freak out.

"I hope they can remove it as soon as possible.

"Many people walk pass that area to get home and it is scary.

"I knew because I was one of the victims.

"I really hope they will be more considerate in future."
