Bike owner puts angry notices on bike to deter thieves

STOMPer Glenn spotted this bike covered with hostile notices on pieces of cardboard at a block in Jurong West.

The STOMPer wrote:

"One of the block in Jurong West estate has this nasty cyclist writing nasty words on cardboard.

"Please be mindful! Children live in that block too!"
