Cyclist with trailer endangers himself by riding on road
STOMPer skyyexplorer was amused to see this cyclist riding a modified bicycle with an extension behind.
Said the STOMPer:
"I saw this guy riding along Ubi, riding in between vehicles.
"Although it's quite dangerous as he was taking up a whole lane, I think his modified bike looks quite funny.
"He even has a flag!

MercBenz. FYI. Being on the far right lane to make a right or U turn is proper rule for all vehicles including cyclist. Buck up on your road rules. And cycling is no more risky if one knows what they are doing. Enjoy your "traffic" jams.

For u ppl who don't know right side of lane are not for cyclist.. Only left side cause slow moving traffic.. But I still feel cycling on road are far way to risky kinda seeking problem for urself.. For this cyclist he would cause slow traffic for other motorist as being on the extreme right lane..

Hey. That's me! Some of those who had posted here know me. Yes. I do go everywhere with my "rig". As a coach, I carry my gear including sledge hammers. To those who want to knock me. Well then you will deserve the consequences if you do. I also use my bike for errands and may sometimes have a pretty girl on the back while having a great time, hehehehe. This thing can carry 100kg of additional weight. To the Stomper skyyexplorer. I see it hard to go in between cars and take up a whole lane at the same time. I was in the far right of the road preparing to make a U turn and following proper road rules. I am glad you were amused though. I am also amused how people can pay so much to drive just to endure traffic jams. Be well all. Live and let live.

And by the way, I really don't think "keyboard warrior" is a befitting term for these people hiding behind their screens. More like "keyboard losers/cowards".

Countless posts on bicycles on roads, yet ignoramuses still comment on why they are allowed on roads and wish that harm befall on these cyclists. It's the rule whether you like it or not. And if you wish bad upon others, I think you will get it first.

In Singapore traffic rules bicyclists must ride public road. Riding on pedestrian path is prohibited unless there is a cycle sign.

That's a BOB trailer and it's perfectly legal on the road. The cyclist works around the area and he's certainly fitter and healthier than many drivers. He's protecting the environment and also preventing congestion on the roads.
